Fairfax, Ayuntamiento de California radica una resolución legislativa para proteger su localización de los llamados "Chemtrails". Fairfax busca declarar una "Zona Libre de Chemtrail”. BACKGROUND: A typical chemtrails appears as a white line in the sky. These lines becomes diffuse as they float down to earth. Heavy spraying create a thick haze over vast areas. Often, in certain areas of the country, you will see grid patterns in the sky formed by chemtrails. If you watch closely , you will see that these white lines in the sky come from passing jet airplanes. The fact that these exhausts persist means that they are of particulate matter. Contrails are unadulterated and typically disappear within 2 minutes while chemtrails linger for hours, The word 'chemtrail' is derived from the word 'contrail'.
RESOLUTION 12-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FAIRFAX TO DECLARE DE TOWN O FAIRFAX A 'CHEMTRAIL - FREE ZONE'
WHEREAS, the people of the Town of Fairfax recognize that geoingeneers are spraying particulate matter from jet airplanes; an activity which produces what are commonly reffered to as 'chemtrails'; and
WHEREAS, studies have shown that disbursements from stratospheric aerosol geoengineering and other such programs contain toxic substances with many unknown health and environmental consequences; and
WHEREAS, the people of the Town of Fairfax have the right to be informed by full disclosure through an Environmental Impact Statement of the health and environmental implications caused by such programs; and
WHEREAS, any such program or experimental program with potentially adverse health and environmental implications for the people of the Town of Fairfax needs the informed consent of the people of th Town of Fairfax; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
I. That it is the will of the Town Council of the Town of Fairfax to declare Fairfax a 'Chemtrail - free zone'; and
II. That the Town Council of the Town of Fairfax hereby declare that the space above the Town of Fairfax is a 'Chemtrail - free zone'; and
III. That this resolution of the Council of the Town of Fairfax is hereby recommended to be adopted by all Municipalities in United States of America and worldwide.
The foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Fairfax Town Council of The Town of Fairfax, County of Marin, State of California, held on the 11th day of January, by the following vote:

¿Qué se reconoce en dicha resolución?
1. Se reconoce que existe la realidad de una contaminación en el geoambiente la cual es a propósito e intencionada por parte de aviones que son parte de planes gubernamentales con planes de geoingeniería.
2. Se reconoce que los gobiernos están lanzando químicos nocivos al aire y que resultan en la alteración de la salud de las personas y en la contaminación de diversas maneras de nuestro aire.
3. Se reconoce que los gobiernos han estado lanzando dichos químicos de forma disimulada, secreta y sin darle aviso alguno a las diferentes poblaciones de su realidad ni de los propósitos de dichos químicos.
4. Se reconoce que los gobiernos no han brindado documento alguno explicando los motivos de tales químicos en el aire ni de los programas que los patrocinan.
5. Se reconoce que tales emisiones de gases en la atmósfera tienen efectos potencialmente dañinos a la población y tampoco existe un documento que diga lo contrario.
6. Se reconoce que las ciudades están en su completo derecho de crear leyes que prohíban el lanzamiento de tales químicos al aire.
7. Se reconoce que las ciudades han sido afectadas por tales químicos lanzados al aire sin consentimiento alguno de la población.
